I've discovered through physical therapy that my eyes and the way they focus or don't! contribute to my dizziness and some true vertigo. Apparently, they compensate with the brain to "keep things steady" or something like that! I get the same feeling when I'm doing the home eye exercises as I do whenever I read!! Eye sockets hurt and so does my head in the back, a headache that has kept me from reading much for years and years. Eye exams are FINE 20/20! Every time! PT says this is ALL connected neurologically. THanks!
