You didn't mention whether you ever had a test to determine if the opening in your urethra is wide enough. That's the most obvious of all the potential problems for your condition. It's a simple test involving some discomfort. A cathether is placed up the penis and a determination is made whether your opening is sufficient or not. If not, surgery is performed. My cousin had this surgery many years ago and he's been fine ever since. Good luck.
