I recently did a Christmas Party, through my catering business. I served a turkey meal for 75 people. There was alot of drinking during this party, and all employees brought there own dessert. They claim 16 people got ill with in 3-4 hours after they ate. I have always heard that food poisening does not occure for 6-8 hours. Is this true?
