Protein is very important. Every morning I have a protein drink, and found that peanut butter helps when I get that shaky feeling. Do you drink orange juice when you start getting dizzy? I never go anywhere without my oj, banana, and cheese slices. Baby carrots are good too, but then you need protein to help maintain the sugar levels. I never eat sugary or high carb foods before going to bed, or first thing in the morning. Peanuts are a good snack choice. And fiber helps, too, by keeping levels regulated. Have you discussed this with a doctor? It sound like you have a serious case,and need to find someone who can work with you. Good luck!
