I have been dealing with what I call hives for 6+ years now. I went to the doctor and they said the "hives" were caused from anxiety or panic attacks; however, that was 6+ years ago and they are worse now. I can be sitting in the sun, a room, talking to someone I know very well (a close friend), laughing with people, etc. and all of a sudden I will get "RED" bloches all over my body that are extremely HOT - the spots get so hot that they fell like a sunburn and you can actually feel the heat coming off of the spot(esp. the chest, arms, between fingers/toes, and face). They will not go away until I get "cool", whether that be running to the bathroom and putting cold water on me, blowing a fan on myself, or turning the A/C down so far that I get goose bumps - then they start to fad and go away. It is really affecting my social and work life because I have to deal directly with a lot of people. It is hard to sit down with someone and try to communicate on a professional level when they are staring at you turning "RED" and the more they look, the worse it gets. Someone please help!
