Hi, It sounds like you are not drinking enough water to start with. Have you heard of MSM[Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane] and Glucosamine. They are advertised on the TV and radio all the time. These will, along with water, rebuild the cartilage. Ask your doctor or maybe a friend who might be taking these products how they have helped. I got mine at a health food store and asked the clerk which product seems to get the best results[not just the price found one/$17.99 per 250 capsules 3x's daily = is about an 83 day supply]. If you can't afford to buy these, sometimes they have specials, try some good old Knoxx Gelatin unflavored. Dissolve in an 8oz. glass of juice[orange is best, or whatever you like]1 teaspoon gelatin. Wait about 5 minutes and stir a few times while waiting and then drink down. Sometimes there will be directions on the container how to take it. You should try to take it twice a day. It will take at least a few weeks to a month to notice a difference, the body takes time to rebuild and heal, but it can be done. Afterall, we were designed with the ability to repair damaged cells. There was a study that was done at either the Mayo Clinic or Harvard, where they studied patients that needed replacement surgery and found that by giving them gelatin twice a day for I think it was 3 months[maybe some calcium?]were able to avoid the surgery completely. This is a very simple treatment for something that can turn out to be life threatening which sometimes is the case after a surgery. The point of this is that there are many things available to you that can help, don't stop looking for an answer. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Sorry for being so long. My best to you, taken care. Sincerely, Marcie
