I have had MS symptoms for over five years. An MRI just over a year ago and one again six months after, revealed, "birght spots" on the brain. The raidologist stated it may be MS. But my neurologist believes, inspite of sypmtoms, that I am too old to have developed MS. I am mid fifties. This doctor said to me generally MS strikes in the twenties or thirties. But I have read on the Net many time that somewhat over 10% of the people who develop MS, do so in their fifties. Comments welcome. Thanks. JJ
