Yes, anger and aggression is common in people with Asperger's syndrome. It is very closely related to autism and sometimes it is hard to tell the difference. People with Asperger's syndrome often talk a lot but tend to focus mostly on topics they are interested in. They have problems understanding another person's feelings or point of view and sometimes answer a question incorrectly because they the wiring in their brain does not always allow them to process what they hear correctly. You might say " want to take a walk?" and they might hear "did you take a walk?" then when you say "well, lets go!" they might say "go where?" "Then you might say you just said you wanted to take a walk!" then the person says"I did not!" and before long they're angry and arguing.
