Periodically I break out with whelps over various parts of my body. The rashes are red in color, inflammed slightly, they itch, and they are warmer than any other points of my body. If I have the whelps on my left arm below the elbow and above the wrist, only the whelps will be hot but the rest of my arm will remain cool. The rash made my hands swell once and my husband had to break off my wedding ring. I just gave birth to my first child and during the entire pregnancy I never broke out one time. As soon as she was born, less than one week later the whelps started again. The whelps even go to the sole of my feet, however when it is in my feet they are not whelps instead they are swollen lumps inside my foot that icthes terribly. I often stomp my foot on the floor to relieve the itching, becuase there is no way to scratch the inside of my foot. I've seen several doctors and they don't know what is wrong with me. Has anyone else heard of this type of whelp? Is it hormonal, mental, or chemical? Please advise?
