Dear Daisy,I have a fourteen month old grand daughter who has not grown in height over the last five months.She is slightly bow-legged . At birth she weighed six and a half pounds and was twenty- one inches long.Today, she is twenty-eight inches long.What are the average height measurements of children who have been diagnosed with dwarfism? Living in a small rural community makes it difficult to receive information for this condition. At this point in time the doctor does not seemed concerned about her height but I am wondering if she may have characteristics of dwarfism? She walked at eleven months and tended to waddle but that is improving. She only has six teeth so growth in that area seems delayed. Any insight you may give will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
