Hi, I had that too. I went online and found an article by an orthapedic doctor and he recommended taking a calcium magnesium supplement. I was taking chelated(meaning all day action) calcium magnesium. 1,000 mg. of calcium and 500 mg. of magnesium. It is available in a combination tablet, at local PharMors, or anywhere they sell the nutrional supplements. I do not recommend things like Tylenol PM, as I tried them and they do not work. Even the dr. said not to take them. Go on the supplement, and give it a couple weeks. It worked for me, and as it is a natural supplement, it can't hurt. Good luck, I know I was going crazy with it, but now it is gone. ;o)
