Hi, I've been taking Topramax for a little over two years. I take 150 mgs. Will be going up to 200 mgs soon. I take it for Migraines and Jacksonian seizures. Glaucoma is the only vision problem I am aware of and the only one I see listed as a problem. Vision problems ARE associated with the migraines themselves!!!! Does she have "complicated migraines"? Has she had a vision filed test to check for vision filed defects or Optic nerve damage from her migraines? My migraines are so severe that I have scars from mini strokes in my brain. They show on MRI's of my brain. I also have Optic nerve damage, which inturn has caused vision damage. I also have several visual "auras" associated with my migraines. I can get them with or without the actualy pain of a headache. Everything from lossing lower vision field to things looking fuzzy or halos around light. Her Neurologist should be explaining all this. If he/she doesn't seem to be taking her migraines seriously find a new doctor!!!!!! Migraines are more than just pain! Good Luck!!! Kimb
