My ovaries have been dead for 4 years. Ovareian cancer is a silent killer. By the time you find it it spreads so fast. "TIMES UP" I live on SSI and Medicaid is my insurance. I am a 54 year old divorced woman. The one Doctor got uoset with me, when I was going to have my gallbladder out, I ask why not take the ovaries out as they serve no purpose but to kill me. The Doctor said this is not a syrgery that medivaid would pay for, as they see it as a cosmetic surgery.I do have fibromyalgia, lupus, autoimmune thyroid disease, and inflammatory arthritis.
