Do you still have your cervix or was that removed at the time of the hysterectomy? When I had my hysterectomy (I still have both ovaries, but no uterus or cervix), it appeared that the majority of my continuous bleeding was due to an infected cervix. So, if you still have your cervix, that could be where the bleeding is coming from.
