My 30 year old daughter has had fibromyalgia for 5 years. Because she has small children she is not alble to take heavy duty pain and sleep medication that reduces her ability to perform. Other than an anti-depressant she takes a number of holistic interventions sold by Rexall in the U.S. and by Enrich in Canada. She is doing far better than most others we know with the same condition. If she runs out of her holistic supply her heath declines quickly. It is worth looking into. Good luck.
