I have a history of very mild, infrequent seborrhea, so I'm wondering if this is what is going on now: I have these short, faint, little raised, scaling lines showing up on my face. First there were two radiating out from below my nostril, and then they disappeared and now there's one higher up just below the tender skin of my eye, and one on the side of my nose. They look like scratches, but I know I'm not scratching myself and they aren't healing like scratches. They don't itch, but they're noticable and annoying. I haven't changed any facial products, and I wash my makeup off every day with mild Clinique soap. Is there some ointment I can get to make these go away?
