It takes a couple of times adjusting dosages and altering medications to get just the right level of Synthroid to achieve optimal dose. You need to be patient with the process, because once it is right you will be a new person. It sounds like they make have overshot the initial dose and made the hypo turn hyperthyroid. Have them redraw your levels and stick with the doses so they can see what is right for you. Get a referral to a good endocrinologist in your area.
