2 weeks ago in surfing, I linked to a Bios Health page for a free gout diet, but somehow the link got dropped before I got the page printed out, and there was no link in my history file to it. Can anyone give me the link or the diet they posted. My husband has polycythemia vera with gout now in right instep, had it in index finger 2 weeks before that. Need food listing of things to eat to help not food to avoid. Thank you anyone out there.
