I have had a repetitive attact of shingles for many years. They are not a regular invader - sometimes every few weeks, sometimes months - and I don't know what sets them off. It usually appears in the same spot with very painful agony days before they actually surface. The only information I have is that it is a viral condition resulting from chickenpox. My question is "what is the best preventative or method of control once they appear?" Thanks, Tom.
