My daughter had her gallbladder removed just wks. after she had a baby, 4yrs ago-& she STILL has "attacks" of extreme pain & ends up in ER for several doses of narcotics to help ease the pain, she has a high pain level but these attacks are about more than she can take..dr's have tried to go down her throat w/scope to investigate but it throws her into an attack.She was to have a colonsscopy this wk, but when she started taking the laxatives she went into a severe attack of pain & went to ER-she couldnt have the procedure becasue the laxatives & enemas caused pain attacks. What do the dr's tell you is going on--still pain after removal of gall bladder????? THANX
