Here's what helps me: do modified knee bends , including sort of bouncing on one leg with knee partly bent, until your leg muscles 'burn' with lactic acid( especially the thigh muscles, which have bothered me the most). Let it burn as long as you can.Do this a few times within 30 min of bedtime. Hope it works!
