Hi, I don`t know where you get the pins and needles , I get them in my feet and my hands and then I go numb. My doctor just put me on a pill called Zonegran.I have been on it for 2 weeks now, and so far it has been helping, do you have a pain doctor? I was told it was from neurathaphy.not sure if I spelled that correct, ask your doctor about this, have you had a emg test done? Diane
