I have hd 2 hip replacements, and no burstis ? Have you asked the surgeon why? This is news to me, I wish I knew what to tell you--dumb for me to write with no help to offer. If cortisone didn't help, I cat imagine what would. Of coures they should be limited,but surely they helped-I had a shot of cortisone in the femer befor surgery that lasted 8 months--wish I could help
