Hi I have just been diagnosed with SLE and Sjrogrens syndrome. Th e treatment my consultant has just started me on stat dose of depo-medrone and plaqiunal 200mg od I dont know how succesful this will be but its a start. I went to see Dr D'Cruz of St Thomas's hospital were the lupus centre is. I paid privatly as I was at a loss and wanted to hear from someone who knew what they were talking about. it was £145.00 it was money well spent. I am now waiting to see him on the NHS which will be a while but at least I can get treatment in the meantime which I hope is a blessing I know it isnt going to be all plain sailing but it could be worse.
