I have the same problem...white chunks coming out of your tonsils. Very gently take a water pik put it on the lowest setting to get them out. Also, your dentist can perscribe a mouthwash that will kill the bacteria. I can't remember what it's called but it tastes like ouzo and smells like licorice. But it helps!
