My dad a very stubborn man age 76yrs has arthritis but, will not face the fact that he has arthritis. He says that the doctors are wrong about his condition. That what he has is chronic pain from smoking. He no longer smokes. He has asked me to take him to see doctors in mexico because they know what to give him for the pain. Everyone in the family tells him it is arthritis but he will not accept the fact. What is my first step to start to help him get better? Would eating the proper foods help his arthritis? At home my mother does not feed him. I will be bringing him home soon which I'm 500 miles away from his home. Could this be old age? The home he lives in is a very very very old home and always cold, could this be causing him pain? I need someones help. Thank you so much.
