I am 37 year old female. I fell about 2 wks ago and had extreem pain in my left hip, lower back and groin area. My primary doctor is on maturity leave so I finally got someone to call in xrays 3 days later. The saw no dislocation or brake so the called in pain meds. I have not be able to work because I cant sit in a chair w/o alot of pain and I cant sleep laying flat. I spend my time in my recliner. I cant stand in one position for more than 10 min w/o alot of pain in my lower back & I cant lift my left leg from the knee when I am sitting. Today I saw an Orthopedic doctor and he said I had a pinched nerve and a herniated L3-4 disk. He gave me a shot of Cortozone in my hip, put me on prednisone and told me if it isnt better in 1 wk he wants to scheduel an MRI. **Any comments or suggestions**
