I am a 39 year old mother of 2 and have had epilepsy since I was 12. For a 8 year period I have had no seizures. The doctor thought it would be okay to take me off my medication. For a year I was okay no seizures. Now, I have one every week or so. The doctor put me back on the medication but being off for so long I can't get over the tiredness I feel from the meds. My questions are you ever really cure of epilepsy? It very frustrating when you can't account for 2 hours of time with 2 boys under 6 watching.
