Diagnosed by MRI with pain for about 18 months and have tried many options,including steroid shots,physical therapy,acupuncture and so on.Has anyone heard of or tried endoscopic surgery? My chiroparactor says not to get adjusted and that correct training with free weights is the best bet, but I keep aggravating the condition and the pain is getting worse. I scream a lot. I am also considering checking with Barrows Neurological Institute here in Phoenix.
