Anyone want to talk about restless leg syndrome? I've had it and managed it for years and now (at 53) it's so much worse. Getting to my wits end. Any ideas, feedback, etc.? In the last month I've included calcium, magnesium, and potassium supplements, along with tonic water, 30 mins of exercise and 10 mins of stretching before bed. Seems to be working, but it's a struggle.
