Hello i would be very gratefull if you could send me any infomation on I D E T i am 21 years of age and have been off work now for just over 19 months there is dehydration & loss of hight affecting the L4/5 disc,loss of clarity of the posterior aspect of the superiour end plate of L5 and there is signal alteration in the adjacent marrow affecting the posterior aspect of L5 vertrbral body. the appearances are consistent with degenerative changes in the marrow and end plate. there is a deffuse central bulging of the L4/5 annulus with evidence of a tiny posterior annular tear. and the lammina on the left is hypoplastic compared to the right. please help me to understand all of this! i would do anything to avoid having surgery.
