My 11 year old daughter and I will be going to Paris in August. What is the best way to prevent jet lag and adapt quickly to the new time? And what about the return? I've read about using melatonin but I'm not sure how. We will be leaving Boston around 8 P.M. (EST) and arriving in Paris in the morning, probably having slept a few hours on the plane. Returning, we leave Paris around 3 in the afternoon their time. How (and how much?) would we take the melatonin? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Laura
