I am twenty years old, and when I was 11 my mother had a stroke. We were told she would not live through the first night and if she was lucky enough too, she would not live a normal life. 9 years later she walks, talks, and even holds down a job. A few days ago, while she was at work, her doctor called her and told her that her brain was completely clogged, and that she probly wouldn't live very much longer. Last summer she had another surgery too clear the blocked artiries in her neck, so shouldn't they have scanned her brain too?
