Have your son tested for Fragile X syndrome. All of what you said can be contributed to that. You can look up the meaning and how it relates to boys by contacting the National Fragile X Foundation. I have a 14 year old daughter who has dyspraxia and Fragile X syndrome. She has problems staying on task and with her math. She is right now in vision therapy. She sees 20/20 but her eyes don't track together right. She has a girl friend who went through the therapy. She has now improved 2 to 3 grade levels in most of her subjects. You can find a Vision doctor through the nearest optometry school or online at the referall center. If your son needs this in most states the school district has to pay for it as it affects his capability to learn. WEll I hope that any or all of this might help.
