The one I know of is TheraTears and you can get them over-the-counter. Cosco also has them. They just a little better than the others for me. Others have found them great. Jackie, another messager said she started taking "The Total EFA". Her doctor told her to take it and within a week she starting getting relief. I believe its an oral dietary supplement you can get in your health food store. But check to see if it comes in an eye drop. Also there is a product called Viva Drops and has Vitamin A in it. Some say that works too. Good Luck
