To ANYONE who has similar problems and is considering surgery, I STRONGLY advise this as A LAST RESORT. Please try acupuncture first. Physical therapy. Naturopathy. Alternative therapies. I am somewhat knowledgeable as I have a Master's of Science in public health, and now am studying Traditional chinese medicine and become a physician. It has been around for over 2,500 years and brought relief and healing to many people for many conditions. There is mounting evidence building up in favor of alternative therapies. Please consider this!!!!!! Acupuncture is becoming more well known but many times, people will try it after they have tried everything else, including surgery--which is permanent and not guaranteed. there are many web sites to get acquainted with Traditional Chinese Medicine. also, naturopathy and alternative medicine can do alot of good.
