my husband was disnosed 2 years ago april he was 58 a the time. he went from work to the hospital. We went to nyc about treatment,they tried surgery but it had gone thur the chest wall.They closed him after 3 hrs and we had to tell him the next day they did not lung. He has been getting chemo for2 yrs untill now he has been doing okay.We have taken three trip to europe.I have found it is very important for him to have something to look forward to.I now feel he is on a slide he started useing 02 about 3 weeks ago. He seems to be in more pain. Though the x/rays show little change .I believe since they donot see this very often they donot know, because there has been a very big change in no time.I sometimes feel loss as I donot know any family that has thru this.
