After two years with PMR I am down to alternate 7/6 mg of prednisone. Still feel pain at night, but the fatigue seems to be under control for now. However, with the constant pain and tiredness I have felt for the last two years, I have struggled to maintain a normal life stye and think I failed. I work one day a week, down from four. I think my friends have given up on me, since I don't always feel like going somewhere. I have done it and admit the tiredness afterward is worth it. I walk several times a week. Even having company to dinner is exhausting, but again worth the trouble. How do the rest of you manage with everyday things? I would appreciate some clues as to the effect PMR has had on daily life and how to cope.
