When I talked with my doctor about the numbness of my toes (it's bilateral), the constrictive feeling in the soles of my feet and the feeling that I have sox bunched up under my toes, he sent me to the nurse specializing in diabetes to tell me about diet. However, I don't have diabetes. It's much worse when I have a lot of fluid retention. Should I see a neurologist? I can't believe I'm the only one who has this problem. Help!
