I can relate to the chronic foot pain. Although my rheumotoligist says I dont have A.S. the arthritis I have ressembles it (negitive serum arthritis). I am 39 years old and have had my arthritis for 1 year. Many nights I lay in pain, mainly my feet, but my ankles , wrists, hands, elbows and shoulders are also affected. Some mornings I can barely walk. After a year of many different trials of medication I finally had to try methotrexate, I also started a low dose of prednesone as methotrexate takes 6 weeks too work. I am finally getting some relief. I have learned to change my life as I was always been a supper mom. I continue to exercise although swimming is about all I can do. I have also been able to continue to work full time.
