Pectin works for me. It is a substance from aples and it can be bought in the grocery store in powder form. Use 1 tablespoon in water or juice about 2 hours before retiring. You can also get Pectin tablets. I take 1 3oomg tablet n the moring and 1 a couple of hours before bedtime,works great. It is the only thing I have found that works. I bought 250 tablets of 300mg tabs for about 13 dollars at the health food store (GMC may carry it). I am needless to say delighted-the pills also have magnesium in them. Good luck
