I've now pulled both my hamstring muscles in the last few weeks of the baseball season. I worked out all winter, stretch every day, drink plenty of water. I'm at a loss and a bit discouraged about it. After I pulled my left one I went and bought compression pants. The left felt much better much quicker than I thought but the right one popped yesterday and is killing me. I'm wondering if the very bad back I've had for the previous few years is contributing to this?
