I have a rare food allergy which makes me allergic to these three food additives: Caraggeenan, Guar Gum and Gum Arabic. These are food additives that bind foods. I have gone into anaphylatic shock which caused me to break out in hives and had trouble breathing. I almost died from this episode. Do you know of anybody else who has this allergy. please let me know
