i have been experiencing a lot of strange symptoms and no one seems to be able to figure out what is wrong. i have a lot of joint pain which is not increased with movement but some areas are tender to the touch. i have been running a low grade temp for about a week (98 - 101) although i am on tylenol #3 for pain which might be keeping my temp down. i have no energy and fatigue very quickly when i try to do usual types of work/ activites such as going for walks, gardening, household chores, etc. i have left upper extremity weakness which has been noted by physical therapy and the strength testing in the doctors office. i have had swelling in my neck, upper chest and underarms, that comes and goes but docs don't think it is edema - it is uncomfortable when swollen and creates a heaviness in my chest which causes some shortness of breathe. my hands, feet and lips turn blue when i am cold. i have been dizzy at times and sweaty at times. i am not sleeping very well and have been very depressed. i have been through many tests - CT scans of chest and neck, thallium stress test due to chest pain, all labs including lupus tests have been negative. labs don't indicate inflammation or infection. i have been struggling with this for 6 weeks and am really frustrated. any ideas???
