Minimally invasive surgery for herniated thorasic disc at T8-T9

I've had traditional discectomy/fusion for a herniated disc at T7-T8. Six months later, I remain in considerable pain at diaphragm, legs, lower back, numbness in chest, abdomen, legs, feet, limited mobility. Recent MRI shows herniated disc impinging on spinal cord at T8-T9. I can't face another surgery like the last one. Is there anyone that performs this procedure in a minimally invasive way - especially in the Phila. or East Coast area?
