I am going back a while now but I had something similar to what you have described, pains in my arm. My doctor said it was stress. This seemed to fit as I was going through domestic difficulties at the time. I am pleased to say that when these problems were solved and my lifestyle changed, the pains went, despite the absence of medication. Are you having any stressful dificulties? Only you will know this. If so, think how you could change your lifestyle.
