Two years ago I had my body give out on me. Weakness traveled up from my feet to my legs and arms. There were periods that I could not move at all. I slowly recovered to the point of going back to work but have pain and weakness still if I climb the stairs too much or standing all day. The pins and needles in my hands and feet are better, though not gone, but the joint pain is worse. I have been to several Doctors but no DX. I have a low white cell count, positive ANA positive test for a clotting agent. I don't feel exhausted but my right arm, shoulder and hip hurt most of the time making it impossible for me to do things. I know this is not in my head! Does it sound familiar to any of you? I have been told it may be a form of connective tissue dis. But it doesn,t meet enough criteria to be anything in particular. I want my life back!
