Thank you for your reply. My son has not been cathetorised. What age is normal to begin ? He voids to a certain extent... the rest remains. Fortunately he does not have infections as a result. Also, when he reaches 60% capacity he voids involuntarily. I am considering cathotorizing since when you are 5 years+ it is seen as abnormal to wear a nappy/ pull up particularly when you appear normal in most other ways. I look forward to hearing ideas.
