Did you try a chiropractor? They will be the most honest with you, locate a good one and have x-rays. I started out with tennis elbows. Now my left shoulder is frozen from lack of using arm due to elbow pain. Because of all this now my upper back and neck are in pain from doing all the work and the pain is reaching to the right side slowly. I am having my arm stretched by a Doctor once it is numbed. I am told to anticipate pain and moooooorrrre physical therapy. Also, I am now on lots of drugs too. Anti-inflammatory/Celebrex, Muscle relaxer/Skelaxin, Tylenol 3/Pain, Ambien/Sleep..........All because the Doctor's didn't treat the elbow aggressivly (cortisone shots is the first thing they want to do and the last)and they didn't even find the Frozen Shoulder until it was extremely congested with scar tissue. So, my point is, keep it moving so there will be no scar tissue build up, see a chiropractor as they have no fear to go against another "Dr's" opinion, then aggressively find a Good M.D. if the Chiropractor cannot help you. Good Luck I Feel Your Pain!!!!!!!!!!!
