I have had this condition (if it is plantar fasciitis for some four months) there are several good websites regarding it. I went to a good running store and they sold me a pair of motion control shoes. The man who owns the store also had pf for over two years and said he had been to every podiatrist in town and only hope is time and also wearing only one level of shoes -- I understand you problem as I am female exec. too. For me I have found flat slip ons with no heel work best as well as my motion control "walking" shoes.
